The 5th IEEE International Conference on Distributed Computing in Sensor Systems (DCOSS '09) will take place on Marina Del Rey, California, USA during Monday, June 8 - Wednesday, June 10, 2009.

DCOSS 2009 is a highly selective conference and features a single track of 26 papers reporting on state-of-the-art research on:
- Algorithms and Analysis
- Applications and Systems
- Signal Processing and Information Theory

The DCOSS program includes a poster session, a demo session, and a work-in-progress session, at 6pm on Monday, June 8.

A government funding session will be led by Anita J. La Salle, Program Director, Division of Computer and Network Systems (CNS), Directorate for Computer and Information Science and Engineering (CISE), at the National Science Foundation. This session will be held 5:00pm - 6:30pm on Tuesday, June 9, 2008.
