The IEEE Latin-American Conference on Communications 2009 (LATINCOM2009)
will allow the academic and the industrial communities to show their
advances in communications. LATINCOM was established to be the ComSoc
Latin America Region conference on communications and will be jointly held
with IEEE COLCOM in 2009. The main theme of LATINCOM 2009 will be
“Digital Cities”. Submissions from all over the world are welcome.

Accepted papers will be uploaded onto IEEE Xplorer and expanded versions
of selected papers will be published in the IEEE Latin American
Transactions.
