SUBMISSION INTERFACE IS NOW OPEN

Dear Colleagues,

Please excuse if you receive multiple copies of this email.

The fifth edition of the Reconfigurable Communication-centric Systems-on-Chip workshop (ReCoSoC 2010) will be held in Karlsruhe, Germany from May 17th to May 19th, 2010.
ReCoSoC is intended to be a periodic annual meeting to expose and discuss gathered expertise as well as state of the art research around SoC related topics through plenary invited papers and posters. Similarly to the event in 2008 and the years before, we will have several keynotes given by internationally renowned speakers as well as special events like e.g. tutorials.

ReCoSoC is a 3-day long event which endeavors to encourage scientific exchanges and collaborations. This year again ReCoSoC perpetuates its original principles: thanks to the high sponsoring obtained from our partners registration fees will remain under the 150 € threshold.

Goals:
ReCoSoC aims to provide a prospective view of tomorrow's challenges in the multi-billion transistor era, taking into account the emerging techniques and architectures exploring the synergy between flexible on-chip communication and system reconfigurability.

Topics of interest include:
- Embedded Reconfigurability in all its forms
- On-chip communication architectures
- Multi-Processor Systems-on-Chips
- System & SoC design methods
- Asynchronous design techniques
- Low-power design methods
- Middleware and OS support for reconfiguration and communication
- New paradigms of computation including bio-inspired approaches

Please submit also papers for the special session:
Reconfigurable Computing Education (RC-Education 2010)

Please use the same submission interface as for ReCoSoC 2010.

Important dates:
- Submission deadline extended: March 10th, 2010
- Notification of acceptance: April, 2nd 2010

We therefore strongly encourage you to submit a paper to ReCoSoC’10 through our online paper submission system (please refer to the topic “submission” on the homepage):

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you need further information.

Looking forward to seeing you in Karlsruhe,

Sincerely,

The ReCoSoC 2010 Program Co-Chairs,

Michael Huebner, Loic Lagadec
